LivHealthy Granola was born out of a passion for healthy, family friendly food. Liv bakes her granola in small batches with gluten free organic sprouted oats, walnuts, pecans, organic pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, dried cranberries and organic pure maple syrup. With just the right amount of sweet, salt, spices and crunch, LivHealthy Granola is nutrient dense, flavorful, packed with protein & healthy fats, and very low in sugar. It truly is a nutritious snack, breakfast or treat for everyone to enjoy!
Liv Dolce is an avid home cook and a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Liv originally started baking granola as gifts for her family and friends in 2015. When she began to receive compliments and inquiries of where to purchase more granola, she knew she had something special.
