Deacon Giles Distillery was founded by two friends with 15 years of experience in the craft brewing industry. Driven by a desire to return to tradition by reviving an historic industry while embracing our modern environment, we wanted to roll up our sleeves and craft something exceptional using our own hands, uniquely infused with our personalities and steeped in history. We create spirits that speak for themselves, and say something about the people who make them as well as those who enjoy them.

Our Mission is to create spirits with no rules except those dictated by the creative spirit itself. A celebration of the craft, to be shared with anyone who wishes to enjoy the end result of a hard day's work as much as we do, and a true work of “New England Craft and Quality” from grain to glass.
